In an ongoing effort to redistribute the maximum amount of dollars back into the community, we strive to manage our operations as efficiently as possible.  While there are no dues paid to our United Way by partner and affiliated agencies, there is a formula for cost recovery from our annual campaign.  Last year, our overhead was 12%, well below the Better Business Bureau's recommendation of up to 35%.  This information will be disseminated to our constituents in our Annual Report.
